Celebrities take to Twitter to remember the late LFO frontman.
The passing of former LFO frontman Rich Cronin has struck a deep chord with celebrities as well as the band’s fan community. The 35-year-old singer passed away Wednesday afternoon after a long battle with cancer. Friends of the boy-bander took to Twitter to remember Cronin and his music.
Erik-Michael Estrada of the Lou Pearlman-managed group O-Town (he also managed LFO at one point) admitted how much Cronin meant to him, tweeting, “Today we lost an extraordinary person. Rich you mean more to me than you’ll ever get a chance to know. #Mentor #SummerGirls #RichCronin4eva”
Cronin died of myelogenous leukemia, the disease that also recently took the life of Craig Brandmeier, one of the subjects of MTV’s “True Life: I Need a Transplant,” which aired earlier this year.
The 2010 Erik-Michael Estrada Birthday Project is your chance to send a birthday wish for Erik on his 31st Birthday on September 23, 2010. Erik will receive an online Birthday Album with all your wishes. Please note the deadline is: September 23, 2010. Spread the word guys!!! Thank you.
